Neutrality: a state where the body is not biased or oriented to one side, but instead is balanced, and able to move freely in any direction.

We Are Asymmetrical

Everyone has natural imbalances. These can affect how you move, feel, and how you perform every day.

This isn't a bad thing. However, when our bodies get stuck in these imbalanced patterns of movement it can create impairment.

The PRI Approach

Your session starts by assessing your unique movement patterns with simple tests. Your body tells us how to approach finding balance. 

​

Targeted exercises and dreassessment is continued until we get your body into a state of neutrality. 

​

You are equipped at the end of your session with a routine of exercises to complete daily to maintain neutrality.

Why PRI?

PRI helps you move with less pain and more freedom by teaching you how to breathe better, move more mindfully throughout your day, and restore balance between the right and left sides of your body—a state known as neutrality.

 

By addressing these areas, PRI aligns your body so you can move more comfortably and efficiently.
